I hope you know gravity is not constant. It's relative to the mass beneath you and the radius at which you stand at to the center of the earth. So you weigh more at sea level than you do at the top of a mountain...I think it's safe to weigh yourself on Monday.

This sounds so bad, but I have to hide veggies in my food. You know how you give meds to a dog by hiding it in cheese? That's me. When I make a sandwich, I hide a few pieces of spinach in between pieces of meat. I HAVE to eat beans/peas/basically anything with a bite of meat or just something else. It's how I've always…

Strangely my sister and I have the same body type. I'm more proportional (and I have biggest breasts), but we look the same. It worked out all through my childhood because I could borrow her clothes easily :)

If i had the black card membership..I wouldn't use it. I don't tan..that red light thing kind of scares me. So..the tend bucks works for me. Have you don't their personal training yet?
