1 PM? I was sleeping, so I assume pretty darn good at that point. Today I'm feeling alright. I work nights so it's kind of hard to be super joyful when I wake up. I haven't seen the sun in like...5 days. Winter is hard like that. I have some days off coming up so it'll be better. It's going good though.

Tuesdays always make me nervous since it's weigh in day. SW: 279 CW: 270 GW: 190 That's 2 pounds this week (which wasn't a very good week in my opinion) and 9 pounds for January. My congestion is FINALLY gone so I'll be hitting the gym again this week.

I was 200 lbs when I wore a size 14. I'm 274 and a size 20 now...can't wait to be a size 14 again. I'm 5'5 and all boobs and butt (well gut now too).

I think what a lot of people need to keep in mind that weight loss is not a fast process. A pound a week maybe two (three if you REALLY push it) is good, but more realistic when we see fractions of a pound. You're not going to drop 50 pounds in a month unless you dedicate you're entire day to exercise and eating correctly…

If you're worried about extra skin, make sure you're doing some toning exercises as well. It will help with the sagging skin problem. Not to say it's going to completely fix it, but it should help. And water. Skin cells LOVE water.

I'm 5'5 and, honestly I love my body at about 200-180 lbs. I know it's overweight, but I remember being the happiest then and loving my body the most. Right now it's my goal weight. If I could get down to 170 I think my doctor would be happier, but I honestly can't think of anything below that.
