I think you need to decrease your overall fat % rather than just weight loss. Unfortunately we cant spot target areas we want to lose from but certainly eating clean is a must........ Low Carb, High Protein is working for me :-D

Rule of thumb Ii was told, take your height in CM and the last two digits are your rough weight, I'm 187cm and my target is 87kg apparently thats 2kg over according to states etc but I'd live with that :-D

try taking calms (herbal wind down pill) its not insomnia imo, just you have more energy now your eating cleaner than you used to and you aren't burning it off. That just my opinion though

Blitz the tomatoes down, chuck in some basil, and garlic..... job done, you can add a pinch of sugar to take the bitterness out the tomatoes if its needed. :-D

It is every single day was the same as that one you would weight X, cause your foods change daily and you exercise changes etc etc to many variables...... its always gonna be different, however if you had each day exactly the same it probs be right
