I've never heard of these! they sound amazing! how are the snacks in regards to calories? is the box supposed to be a days worth of "grazing"? I just looked on the website i'm very interested!

it could def be from fruit, that always puts me over. as long as it isn't from say candy I wouldnt worry too much about it

Is it possible to get this without a presciption? I looked on ebay and they only had adipex-P which does not contain phentermine but an ingredient phentamine? just curious is anyone knew.

interesting post! I was notorious for tanning all year round up, but lately have been trying not to, with all the health concerns regarding UV exposure. Any recommendations on foods high in vitamin D?

thanks dizneedana! That's a little frightening but Im already worried so any info is appreciated! Did your doctor say what caused the syndrome? Like anything I would have done? Did it start as your whole leg or just a specific area? How soon did the area progressively get worse?

thank you! I was thinking along the lines of some nerve damage, but the doctor said the area was uncommon. I've been adding more lunges and squats to my routine so another thought was a muscle issue. thanks again, i'm a worry wart so this has me scared!

@drewso, thanks for the tip! apple cider vinegar has helped me in the past! I havent taken it in a while, but I think i'll give it another go

that's a good point about the kashi! I read the book "the skinny rules" and it spoke of what grains to eat and I stuck with kashi because it fit the bill for ingredients, but the fiber is high. thank u!

i don't eat dairy, i switched to almond milk in the morning. As for carbs I only have kashi cereal once a day, which I was hoping would up my fiber. I def could cut down on the sugars though, thanks for the help! I would upload a pic to give a better idea but I'm not sure how?
