I do insanity and i track my calories burned with my polar FT4 then manually put in what ever the workout i did for that day. I got mine HRM at target for about 100$ and it was worth every penny.

Insanity is awesome!!!! It's hard but addicting and it gets you fast results if you do the work. I also enjoy 30DS.

hello! I am on day 4 of TF=) I am loving every second of it. if a person burned 1400 cals and only ate 1800 it is NOT the same as someone eating only 1400.;....do u mean if someone burned 400 in a class?

it's a lot harder to hoop with the kind you get at the dollar store and such, you need a bigger and heavier one. I just made one for real cheap with supplies from home depot. you can google how to make your own hula hoop.
