i like to make a big batch of steamed greens. My fave is kale. Then it's ready to go along side an meal. Also i like adding broccoli to my eggs, or any veggies in eggs is good really. i never had tom with the shot, and it took a whole year for it to come back AFTER my last shot which was just a coup weeks ago. it was weird to not know if and when it would come back, i actually feel relieved now and i am actually feeling better like my body is getting back to normal.

My mom always love to make Birthday cakes. This year i asked her in advance to make me a paleo watermelon cake. It was delicious and refreshing and nobody complained about not having real cake.

i have read that you can NOT have anything with any kind of "added" sugar or you should start over basically. Bacon that even has the smallest traces of added sugar is not even allowed. I would do it with the meat you have until you get new meat, but start the day you get new meat at day 1.

i will add you. I found paleo back in January, did a whole 30, felt great of coarse and then stress with school, a month vacation and birthdays pretty much ruined all my progress. I am currently back on a whole 30 even stricter than the one i did before and am on day 5. so happy to be back here.

you prolly need more fat. think whole avocados, handful of olives, coconut oil, full fat coconut milk in coffee or whatever. even bacon if it's nitrate free
