    I worked a double yesterday, 16 hours worked. Guess what still got my 60 in for DAY 3. TODAY HAVE FUN REST AND BE SAFE HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Adding weights or resistance bands is a great way to add to this workout!!!!!!!!!!! Hope everyone's still pushing hard!!!!!!!! I have a facebook page for those that are interested, Get Fit With Tyal Rule. I do daily motivationals there, if interested LIKE IT UP!!!!!

    140 squats in the books, WHO FELT THAT BURN!!!!!!!!! How are you doing these? Are you knocking them out all in one set? Breaking them up throughout the day? Whats working for you? Are you feeling your legs get stronger just with body weight squats? Lets hear it, Check in and motivate the rest of us!!!!!!!!
