Ok folks if you loved the 30 Day AB Challenge your going to love the burn of this Squat Challenge!!!!!!!!!! Join me in this challenge to firm and tone up that bottom half. These are body weight squats, ensure that your knees are not beyond your toes. ADD me as a friend and say Squat Challenge if you want!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to do this - tried it last month, started at 50 squats and couldn't walk up stairs for a week without whimpering :blushing: have been doing 30/40 a day to get used to it :happy:0

Day 2 was awesome people!!!!!!! 55 Squats completed, chest and triceps workout, and ran sprints on a 7% grade hill!!!!!! Keep pushing people!!!!!!!!!!0

Adding weights or resistance bands is a great way to add to this workout!!!!!!!!!!! Hope everyone's still pushing hard!!!!!!!! I have a facebook page for those that are interested, Get Fit With Tyal Rule. I do daily motivationals there, if interested LIKE IT UP!!!!!
