almost on recovery week. I started Jan 1st. It's not my first time...but it's been a while since i have gotten this far into it without taking a big break....I LOVE it.

Greek yogurt, nuts, wraps (all kinds), hummus and veggies. I like the other ideas of making extra dinner portions for lunches as well.
