hi, im 5'3 about 133. My goal weight is 120 which has always been my dream weight. Im sooo close, but so far away lol!! I started out at 150. It is hard working and running around w my 2 year old. I don't always make the best food choices, but i try everyday and i always try to get my workouts in.

eat a little something before you go....indulge a little...maybe workout a little extra tomorrow or the next day. Only have something if you feel you absolutely must have and and itd be worth it. Drink water throughout the night.

i am so so sad i had to nt do it for a couple days. tonight i did my day 10 which was last day of level one...and day 11, first day of level 2. I am just a coup days behind...if i double up a couple days i'll be able to catch up. Good job to everyone for stickin it out!

yay...im about to do my day 9. I have totally been doing level one everyday. so yes tomorrow is my last day for level one. then level 2. woooot!! im gonna take a pic on sun morning.

im about to do day 7 all level one...i decited to do 10 days of each. i a happy to say that i havn't missed a day yet. i plan to take a pic after each level.

yeh jillian knows what sh'es doing, if she didn't want us doing it everyday...she would definately let us know. if you really were concerned, you could alternate the levels

do it!! lol...yes some people say work through the pain unless you are seriously injured, i am one of those people lol. you will be fine. after a couple more days you won't be so sore.

30ds is okay to do everyday, maybe take one day off a week ...it's not super heavy weight lifting so you should be okay

i got mine at walmart for 28 bucks...works great

manually put in 30DS...and eneter caleries burned. Usually it's an average of 200-400. It's a lot easier if you use a HRM to get a more accuarte cals burned.
