This morning a co-worker/friend walked by me and then turned around and commented "dang girl, your britches are getting really baggy!" The way he said it made me laugh and it was nice that someone noticed that I am losing weight.

Thanks! It's nice to know that 629 calories is probably accurate. I'm blown away that I could be burning that amount (I had previously been estimating around 350 calories for logging purposes)!!

I have also found it much harder to stick with healthier eating on the weekends! One thing that really works for me is pre-planning my meals and snacks.
