  • Hi, I'm new to this post but can use any help with motivation and encouragement along this journey. My June goals are: 1. Log food and exercise daily. 2. 64 oz water daily. 3. Exercise everyday!! 4. Make healthy eating choices. That's it for now. Looking forward to reading the posts here every day! :flowerforyou:
