  • Thank you for all the tips & advice, everyone! I don't feel near as loss as I did.
  • Wedding is in October! My goal for the wedding is 25 lbs, but I certainly want to lose more after the big day. Sadly I bought a dress BEFORE I started to lose, so I can't lose too much or the dress just simply won't fit. We'll be beautiful, blushing, HEALTHY Brides! :)
  • Try hanging the dress up where you can see it everyday. Not just in your closet, but somewhere in your bedroom, the bathroom, or even the living room! Seeing it on a regular, constant basis will help you to stay motivated!
  • My bridal salon told me that as long as I didn't lose more than two dress sizes that mine could be altered enough to fit me & still keep it's style. Though, mine is a fairly simplistic tulle ballgown. Just be sure to ask when you go tomorrow & if you find a dress to ask how many sizes it could be taken in. :)
  • You look incredible! You can certainly tell that you are caring more about yourself & happier in your life. Happy 1 year anniversary!
  • Hello All! My fiancé & I just got engaged on New Years Eve & are getting married October 03, 2015. I have about 80 lbs to lose by then & know that I can be the picture perfect bride that I am dying to be! Feel free to add me if you wish. We can all do this! :)

  • Forgot to update. 02/01: 199.8 02/08: 199.6 02/16 02/23 02/28 So only .2 lbs this week. Ugh. Hoping it's just because of TOM. I'm sure you all are doing amazing!
  • I honestly just give into them. Not saying that every single day that I crave ice cream or a candy bar that I have one, but every once in awhile I treat myself to a, well, a treat. It's all about moderation. Learning how to not over eat on treats, but also not completely suspend them from your life. Don't feel awful about…
  • Honestly since I was diagnosed with PCOS on Halloween, I've just decided to become healthier. I haven't done anything special, just started working out & eating healthy like I should have been this whole time. Imagine that. :P It really hasn't been hard to lose the weight. When I was first diagnosed I was really stressed…
  • Hi everyone! I'm 20 years old & my amazing fiance & I have been engaged for a little over a year. We're planning on getting married in June of 2014. I'm 5'4" & started out at 205 lbs. I hope to be at 130-140 when I walk down the aisle. I also want to be around 170-160 when I go dress shopping this summer/fall so I can get…
