My four yr old has had cavities the past two years. I request the versid (not sure how to spell it). It kind makes them loopy, we call it happy juice. I've always heard it's best to weigh yourself at about the same time each time you weigh. And your weigh can fluctuate throughout the week, so weighing once a week can help give a more accurate representation of how well you are doing. I'm no fitness guru, this is just my personal observation.
