I get a taco salad, whole beans, no sour cream, no cheese, but with guacamole and salsa. I am gluten free too so I get it with chips instead of the big shell.

i agree with the other posters i am about 50-60 raw, and not quite a vegan, the only animal products i eat are eggs. I love the book Crazy Sexy Diet!

i think its a great way to not go overboard while pg.. but give yourself some more grace than when you are not pg. i stopped keeping track of my calories out of ignorance when i was pg, and i put on more weight just due to eating more than i realized congrats!! and good luck!

I am 5'6 and 211, my mfp goal is set to 2lbs per week and 1360 cals a day. My micronutrients are what mfp set for me, 230 carnal, 55 fat, 62 protien and 33 sugar. I am a vegan, and eat about 60% raw and 80% produce. I rarely go over what is set for me except maybe fat, but I do a lot with nuts and avocados so I don't worry…

I agree with ninerbuff. When I started working out I didn't lose for like two weeks, it was very discouraging, but I was also very sore and I knew my muscles were retaining to heal themselves. Change your activity level, and relax :)

For bfast I almost always eat scrambled eggs in a corn tortilla. Both are cheap :) lunch is leftovers or a salad. Dinner, batch cook, and eat the same thing all week. I like to toss garbs in my salads or I have a curry sauce I make and keep in the fridge, then I steam veggies, cook brown rice, toss some garbs in there, and top it all off with the curry sauce :)

i think it depends on what you put as your activity level. i put mine as moderately active, so i figure all those sort of tasks are just part of my normal activity level. if you put yourself at sedentary then maybe i would..

i end up drinking 10-`12 glasses a day. i put a cup measuring cup right by my sink, and whenever i go in there i just drink a whole cup :D

i generally gain about 2-3 lbs. and i just wear yoga pants with a cute cardigan so i don't feel puffy in my jeans, and ya know its only a few days out of the month. don't worry it will all shift back again <3

calories are calories, yes healthier choices of those calories are also important. but i count everything into my daily allotment. same with sugar. the only sugar i eat right now does come from fruit, but fruit is nature's dessert, and still should be consumed in moderation. i eat 1-2 pieces a day :D

bring in a nice big veggie tray and put it next to the cookies :D and then you can just tell them you brought your own snacks, and they are welcome to have some :D

I have been measuring my food for a month now and I feel like I have a good idea of what a cup of something looks like, so I would just estimate. I would just eat as mucb like at home as I could, eat lots of veggies and less of the main dish.

I weigh everyday and record it a women's app on my phone. On here I log it when it has been the same for 3 days, up or down.

I am in love with the crazy sexy diet book right now. For me I live on a lot of the same things before, I love ethnic food, tacos, big salads of all varities, soups, spaghetti, stir fries.. big veggie sanwhiches. I think in the beginning just stick with what you know you like, and just make it with out meat/dairy. :)
