word. my babies have nursed until about 2.5, we don't really drink milk though( or eat dairy) , sometimes we make almond milk, and we use full fat coconut milk in cooking.

start small, i started by not changing anything,, just logging everything, so i could see where i could cut back, and then just moving your body and meeting calorie goals, you can go from there!

Do you eat eggs? I love lentils, I make a pot and eat them with roasted/steamed veggies... Or my lentil or split pea soup has like 10 g per cup...

Do you eat lentils? I have a great lentil soup recipe and there is a good amount of protien in there, also I love smoothies, I out a ton of flax oil spianch, spitulina, kale etc in there but also been adding hemp seeds, I believe food for life has a raw protien supplement :)

i am a vegan, and most of my protein comes from nuts, beans/legumes... i lift, i am seeing results... i think this board is over concerned with powders and protein!

Check out the c25k program, go slower than you think you should when starting to go longer intervals, I eat a light snack about an hour before I go. And for stitches if I get one my breathing is usually too shallow, so I will really make sure to exhale completely for a few breaths then they go away

i measure in order to track my food on MFP... but i also will stop eating if i am feeling full... and then adjust my diary entries to reflect that.. i most likely will always measure..because what i think a cup looks like out of a measuring cup will keep growing! lol
