Looks like everyone is keeping up! I'm still sick hoping tomorrow I will feel much better so I can get back into it!

I wear mine for walking, running, zumba, and aerobics. Sometimes I take mine off during Yoga only because the poses don't really make room for them sometimes.

I'm still sick! Stupid sinus cold. I tried the netipot tonight (saline solution through the nose) and we'll see if that helps. I can't believe I"m behind!

I'm sick as well, I've been resting and getting my liquids. I want to be doing my work outs. I tried one night and only made it half way through.

I made it through day 9 sniffles and all. Jumping jacks made my sinuses hurt so I did mostly butt kicks and running in place.

I have the same problem with the sugars. I LOVE fruit too and have found it hard to stay under my goal of 26. I do find that with exercise it gives me extras back but its still difficult. I've been able to do it but I've sacrified have apples and oranges and things because of their high sugar content. I have decided that…

Move it to a common area where people can get to it but its not temping you. We have a "food" table at work that we put stuff on to share. Lucky for me its all the way on the other side of the office so I have to make a trip to go get something. Or put in healthier snacks, small bags of pretzels or peanuts.

Well the cold and flu season has arrived. It started Saturday and today my sinuses feel like they are going to explode. I don't know that I'll make it through my workout tonight. I'll have to double up when I feel better. Keep trucking along everyone!

Well I finished D8 L1, I upped the weights today to 5lbs and made it through all sets but the last one and then had to switch back to threes. Got a cold coming on so I had to modify some of the cardio so I could breathe :tongue: but I made it through! Going to get to bed early and take some NyQuil

Well it could be all sorts of things! Water weight, etc. Depending on the time of day you will weigh differently. Make sure its the same time of day if you are tracking closely. You should still be eating all your calories even if you exercise. Make sure you are burning the calories. 30 mins a day might not be enough to…

L1D5 Done! Made it through the jumping jacks today. WOO HOO I don't know if anyone else did this but I made a goal sheet for my 30 day shred. IE when I want to bump up my weights, when I want to go to level 2. Hopefully I am successful.

I had the same issue. I also read that in vitamins they are only allowed to put in 80-90g because an over dose on potassium is really bad.

Don't give up! Every few mins of exercise helps. I try to do some while I'm cooking dinner. Delivery guys are always hokey. we had some tell us they wouldn't put our couch down the basement. L1D3 done even did some yoga and my just dance 3 today as well. Tomorrow will be tougher its my zumba/yoga night! I started with 3lb weights I'm debating whether to switch to 5s or should I give it a week yet? Not really sore in the arms or anything, maybe I'll do a combo, 3s the first set and 5s the second.
