Finished level 1 today, I did it backwards cause I was bored with it. Found it easier that way HA! Level 2 starts tomorrow, oh the dreaded plank. Felt good tonight in yoga when we did plank that I was able to do it just as long as the teacher. This should me level 2 should be easier (HAHAH NOT)

Didn't do yesterday because I had 2 hours of other work out time already in....so today is day 5 level 1. I plan on doing it twice tomorrow to stay on track. Did it with 3lbs today because of other work outs earlier.

Just finished Day 2 Level 1! Actually easier the 2nd day back at it. But I still hate the side knee lunges and arm raises. I had to do the 2nd set with 3lb weights so I could finish it. I also don't like the bicycle crunches. I can do each of the moves by themselves but for some reason can't put them together.

Did my day 1 today, I was very pleased to see my changes from last time. 1. I can do jumping jacks without stopping 2. I can actually do the but kicks 3. A few people have asked so this is MY plan I'm going to do it every day for 30 days, no days off. I also take zumba, yoga and some strength classes at the gym. I will be doing those as well. Depends on how hard you are working. I'd say its about 250ish or so. I'll know better when I start on Sunday (i'm about 161 weight). I didn't have heart rate monitor the first time and now I do. I always logged it as aerobics general or circuits.

It is possible! I've lost 72 (or so) in about 10 months. You have to be committed to totally changing your life (diet, eating habits, exercise etc).
