That is great that you are doing it! I did my first one this morning, my time was 37 mins but I've been training for 2 months to do it. You are stepping in the right direction to better your life! That is all that matters. Someone else has already said it but how many 5ks has he done?

I log it because I sweat during my yoga classes. I wear my heart rate monitor and log it that way.

I'm on week 5 again. That 20 min run at the end was tough, I made it through 17 mins without stopping but it was really really hard. I think I'm going to do it again, at least day 2 the 8 min run 5 min walk 8 min run again. Until I can get that down. I'm kind of bored with it I guess. But I'm going to push through.

Currently I'm doing Egg muffins (eggs (mix of eggs and egg whites) veggies cheese baked in muffin cups) about 90 calories each and Strawberry smoothie (frozen strawberries, greek yogurt, kefir (liquid yogurt) and flax seed oil) about 320 calories message me if you want recipes

I started c25k in beginning of march. I have never been a runner and I'm actually enjoying it. Middle of week 3 right now.

Eggs in a mug you can add veggies meat etc, mix and cook in a mug for 2 mins yogurt with berries smoothies- you can make the night before. I use 1/2 cup kefir (liquid yogurt) 1 6oz container plain greek yogurt and 1 cup frozen berries yummy!

For indoor tanning I use Designer Skin Worship I'm pretty fair skinned too. They can reccomend something for you at the salon but go and buy it on Amazon, will save you TONS of money.
