So I did my day one (actually day 2) and made it through. I really do hate jumping jacks. But I did it. I also went to yoga tonight and the stretching really helped. I took my before pictures and measurements Starting weight for this challenge is 211.9 Keep working at it shredders.

I do Zumba as well. 3 classes a week hour each. They are great! Challenge sounds like fun.

My goal is the same as yours! I don't know that I've ever been a size that didn't start with a 1. I think at first it's a bout weight. Size focus can come later with toning. I'm a daily weigher as well.

I always plan my meals out the day before making sure what I have will either be enough or too much and I need to cut back.

Watching what you eat really helps. The ability to see everything I eat at one time really makes me think about do I want to eat that. I have been able to plan my day of meals and see what the effects will having. Also reading the sucess stories has pushed me to completing my goal.

Well congrats on your new baby! My sister just had a baby boy about a month ago. It can be hard to get back into shape afterwards.

Well since 135 is my goal weight I would say good for you for keeping it stable without seeing any loss. I did cut my calories down to 1200 and it took me a bit to get used to.
