When you get a scale and you aren't offended. Boyfriend got me a new Weight Watchers scale and I was extatic. I asked for the heart rate monitor but so far I haven't gotten it, 3 more Christmas's to go.

My grandmother always thought that anything with fruit in it was good for you. So when I was at her house I at a lot of fruit candy, gummy oranges, apple rings, fruit roll ups and marichino cherries! Ooh when I look back on that I wonder why I look like I do now!

Time of day it varies about 3-5lbs from day to day (weighing at the same time) can be about 2-3lbs

6 inch turkey on 9 grain oat, american cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, banana peppers and one stripe of lite mayo About 350 calories But its a "treat" maybe 1-2 a month

Good luck! I just finished last night. It took me longer than 30 days because I had a bad cold for a while and continuned my normal routine of Zumba and yoga along with it. But I had great results 14.5 lbs lost 9.2 total inches It DOES get easier as you go along and build up endurance. I still hate level 2 but I love level…

I've never done the zig zag calorie thing. I just do straight and true 1290 a day. Maybe add in an extra exercise time here or there through out the week. I'm sure those last lbs will be the hardest for me to lose as well. NO GIVING UP! :smile: Just think about how much you have lost and how good that feels!

You have no idea what and how much you eat unless you right it down. Was one of the reasons I joined MFP. It has helped so much to see what each food really is in calories etc.
