I agree, if you don't want people to comment on what you eat keep it private. I love the comments/suggestions people give on my diary. Helps me plan better and get good ideas for more healthy foods.

I have realized I have to let him decide on his own. Mine is the same way, he has culvers or mcdonalds for lunch, comes home and has cookies or a debbie treat before dinner. D5 l2 16 days total. I'm getting there but still behind. My goal is to finish before I leave for Thanksgiving vacation. Ill have to double up. Made it through the double jump rope tonight woohoo

My goal is like 95 lbs to loose. It seems overwhelming some days but I am close to losing 30lbs in 3 months so I know it is doable! Good luck in your journey and feel free to add me as well.

L2 D2 (13 days total) done! The planks got much harder today, I usually don't spend that much time in that position! Went to a NFL football game today as well so lots of stairs and walking! I was good and didn't have my GIANT pretzel and cheese I so craved.

Well I was bored with level 1 so I tried level 2 today. Other than the ab work out I found it easier than 1 can that be? :) So L2 D1 (Day 12 total) So far I've lost 6lbs!
