My first 5K time April 2009 5 months after having my daughter was 42:45. Fastest time to date was the day after Thanksgiving 201--25:47 (was chip timed or would never have believed it!) Not really a runner and hate the treadmill but have a bunch of girlfriends who are serious and I am too competitive to be left behind ;-)

Moving Comfort Juno or Fiona. I am a 32 D and the recomendation came from a friend who is better endowed (and a better runner) than I am. They are $50 in stores but both are around $30 on amazon.com if you aren't too picky about color.

I am 5'8" and was 160 starting MFP. I work out 30 min 5-6 times weekly. I initially started with calorie goal of 1590 + I was eating most of my exercise calories back daily. Settings were for 1lb/week. I lost 7 lbs in 6 weeks initially then I got greedy and dropped my calories back to 1200 (still eating exercise calories…

October 7 = 425. I called my Dr. yesterday & begged him to let me do SOMETHING.....60 minutes on a recumbent bike, slow, no resistance. Not the most effective but it's something!

October 5 = 0 exercise ;-( back to the doctor and on restrictions for 3 more days. I will make it up!!!
