This is what I do. I was in the same boat --- too many "left over" at the end of the day. I didn't (don't) plan it out exactly tho' - because when something comes up and my work-out is cut short, or cut out all together (work, kids, etc.) -- then I'm not way out of whack the other way :)

yep :) traveling part of the day and no real 'dinner' plans until late afternoon / early evening. Will have smart breakfast & lunch packed so I will log them and see what I have to 'play with' for the rest of the day :) Thanks for the post :)

Just got the FT7 in the mail today. Have yet to open the box - but am very excited to use it!! I teach cycling and strength training at our YMCA and I take Zumba classes 3-4 times/week.
