i went away with some friends last year, there was a group of us and a lad there that i hadnt met before. He stank of BO like 100% of the time. Apparently he did use deoderant, but even after a shower he still had that smell. I guess some people are just born that way its horrible :noway:

personally it doesnt bother me, i put the weight on so its my own problem being the size that i am. People seeing my weight is just another motivator to burn those calories :)

low calorie hot chocolate drinks is my way of doing it. i have options "chocolate brownie" hot chocolate, so delicious and only 60 cals. Great substitute.

I agree with the above, i think if you limit yourself completely you can go off track so easily with your diet because your urges will catch up to you. There is no point in letting a diet ruin your life even when wanting to lose weight. Endulging in something "bad for you" now and then wont hurt you if your overall diet is…
