I have only lost 50lbs, but I...... Am now a size 6 INSTEAD of a size 12! Can now wear Medium tops instead of XL! Can run 5kms and before I thought a jog to the car in the rain would kill me! Can see my collar bones again! Can feel my hip bones! Can go out for dinner and find healthy alternatives to deep fried fatty foods!

I am on Week 7 Run 3 today and I must say I love this program!! The thought of running for even 10 minutes used to make me shake my head, but now that I'm doing 25 minute runs I can't believe how far I've come. By the end of summer I would like to be able to run 5km as well as lose 12.6lbs to make to 150lbs and 60.4lbs lost.

Congrats!!! That's the same way I felt when I started! I'm on Week 6 Run 2 tomorrow and I never thought I would be able to do it! But I am finding it easier and easier as the weeks go on. But I haven't done the 25 or 28 or 30 minutes straight yet lol! :happy:
