Well it's been a while but I'm coming back full time starting on Monday. I had lost over 50lbs while I was here last time, then I let it all go again and had a baby after that. So now I need to lose 40 to 50lbs again.... The goal is to lose 1lb a week or hopefully 5lbs a month!!
I was following a 1200 calorie diet and it worked I lost 50 lbs on it....but eventually stopped and gained back 25 lbs :( .
