I didn't start until January 30th at 210.4lbs. I have lost 18.6 lbs and I'm just starting to notice my jeans getting loose, tops are fitting about the same I think. These last couple of pounds before I lose 20 total seem to be a beast but I'm going to keep pushing.

The 30DS is only a twenty minute work out and it is something I log for sure!!!

I'm 5'4" and my final goal is 130 down from 210 lbs that I started out at. I'm now 197 and my first smaller goal is to lose a total of 25 lbs before my 30th birthday at the end of May.
