I won't give my coffee up either. I have one cup with my breakfast every morning and I have to put some sweetener in it. I use sweet n' low in mine. I drink water the rest of the day as well. Me too! I was doing pretty good until Sunday. I don't know what happened. I thought I was eating ok, but the calories just kept adding up and up and up. Then, I got on the scales today and it said that I gained all my weight back. Geeze! I'm just moving on tho.

Well, just to let you all know. I gave the brownie to my co-worker and ate the banana later in the afternoon for a snack! So proud of myself!!!!!

DON'T GIVE UP! YOU CAN DO IT! I have not seen your profile, yet, but just hang in there. Think of a good reason why you want to loose weight and go with it. I'm going to Disney in November and I want to shed some lbs. fo rthe tirp! Thinking like that help me not want to eat so much. Hope this helps you.

This is a good inspiration for me. I too have a red pee coat that I can't fit into. My hubby got it for me for Christmas a couple years ago. I forget how I found the mfp ap, but I love it as well. I've been getting on here every day since I found it for my phone!

Thanks everyone for your helpful tips! I will put my foot down to my family. I'm so tired of feeling like crap! They all eat way too much and could try to loose some extra pounds too. We are all so obese! It is rediculous. We are going to Disney in November and I want to shed at least 10lbs by then. Hope I can do this.…
