Got in Level 2, Day 3 of 30DS - I really really really hate level 2! I hate most of the moves. Mabye because I was finally getting used to Level 1. I hope Level 3 is more enjoyable. My muscles are still sore from day 1!

Did Level 2, Day 2 - I cannot do that last ab move. My knee just won't come up very far. Maybe eventually! Even did 20 minute of the elliptical since we are going out to dinner tonight. Yesterday I had a food binge - ate out all 3 meals and did not make good choices. Am not proud of myself but today is a new day...

I finally tried Level 2, Day 1 and it was NOT as bad as I feared. Some of the moves will take some time getting used to but it was not near as bad as Level 1 Day 1! Guess I'm gaining strength! Happy Friday to all!

I hear ya! I hate when my husband walks in in the morning to put his shoes on - I need to be alone to sweat, cry & moan! I know I need to move on but change is tough for me! I will try to watch level 2 tonight to see what to expect. I really, really hope this pays off and some inches melt away!

Great story! Good job! Every day I consider giving up this battle but then get inspiration from stories like yours. I am doing 30DS, almost done level 1. I will keep going until I find what works for me. Thanks for a great read!

Ok, I just need to have faith in me, which I normally don't do! I still struggle with Level 1 but I know I need to change it up. So, I will try Level 2 in another day or so. Thanks for all the support!

Hi - I'm on Level One, Day 9. I may go 15 days on Level one before moving on. I am really scared to move on! Does anyone else think they get up really fast from the ab work to strength? It seems like they are always up and ready to move while I'm still getting up!

I love this one and I swear it tastes really good: 1 scoop Market Pantry Vanilla Whey Protein (Target) 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries 1/2 frozen banana (or fresh) 1 cup 1% milk dash of cinnamon few ice cubes 348 cal - I also want to try this with Chocolate protein powder & the cherries - that would be like a dessert!

Wow, that is a big difference. I know how you feel about the numbers "sucking" but you are doing great! I've been working hard for a while now and the scale won't move but I took some measurements and hope I have lost inches. Will check next week.

I did level 1 day 7 today - the cardio still kills me, I hate ab work (always have, probably because I have never seen my abs, there has always been fat on them even when I was thinner). I am getting stronger though and almost look forward to doing this each day. I am very scared to move on to the next levels - afraid of…

I have been doing two days of 30DS and one day of elliptical just to make sure my knees don't get too sore. I still find this to be a great challenge. It may take me longer but I am still committed.

LOL! I actually thought I would die while doing the first 2 days of this. My heart was pounding so fast I actually stopped until I had my doctor appt. She told me I would not have a heart attack! So, it does get better in a few days. My heart still beats wild but I don't feel like I will die.
