Super! I haven't gotten on the scale but pretty sure I'm not losing - it's my diet. I exercise every day but cheat with food. Gotta fix that! Way to go!

Level 3, Day 3 of 30DS. It's tough at 5:30 am! It really does go fast though.

Level 3, Day 2 for me on 30DS. I was huffing & puffing but I did it. Whew! Now a day of shopping with my sis-in-law! Happy Saturday all!

I was going very very slow and took a day off between my first run. So, I will just keep trying. I don't want to give up this early on. I keep thinking maybe I just can't run and should just walk. I will try, try again. Even if I stay on week 1 for several weeks.

Alot of great posts this morning! I was not feeling Jillian at 5:30 today so I did the treadmill for 30 minutes. Guess I'll see her Sat morning! I'm going to try day 2 of C25K after work today. Happy Friday to all!

Great, let's keep this group going strong. I love all the tips and support! I still have not lost any weight but I hope things are shifting around. I know it's my "diet" (nasty word). I really need to get this under control.

Thanks Liv - I may start this next but I just started C25K so I want to see how I do with this. I am also trying to do weights a few days a week. Wish I didnt' have to work!

I have never run a day in my life! Until yesterday, I started C25K, Day 1. My knees are bad but I took it really slow. I really want to do this. I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and just started Level 3 day 1 today. The first 3 days I thought I'd die but i got stronger. I hope I can do this same with jogging!

I just started yesterday, Day 1. I cannot see myself running a 5k at this point but I sure hope I can. There are so many good stories on here. I hope I can hang in and do this!

30 DS Level 3, Day 1 - Wow, I did it! Still do the modified moves but I'm doing it! I have 9 more days to go. So everyone, what are we going to do when this challenge is finished????

Wow, that is great! You are really into this. I would love to join a walking/jogging group. Well, I almost broke up with Jillian today - I layed in bed for 20 min convincing myself that I was not going to do 30DS today but I finally got up and did it. I am moving on to Level 3 tomorrow. I want to see this to the end!

I tried this last Spring for 3 days and gave up. I am ready to try again. I have NEVER been a runner and still don't know if I can do this but I really want to. I am going to try this week!

I just finished Level 2, Day 8. The first 3 days of level 1 I thought I was going to die - really die! My heart pounded so hard the whole way thru. I weigh 208 and have used the treadmill & elliptical for years but this workout was way different. I am glad I hung in because I am getting stronger & stronger. I take a few…
