  • I know I burn lots of calories doing weight training. Why when you log your weight training in my fitness pal exercise log doesn't it count the calories you would burn doing those exercises???
  • I love to run and am planning to have a baby as well. My doc said as long as you are doing those exercises before hand then you are able to continue. You know your own body and know when to slow down/stop. Keep hydrated and kick your feet up to recirculate the blood when done running or you wil get those awful foot…
  • You can get a decent camelbak at walmart that would be sufficient. That's what I do, but I only run 1/2 marathons.
