I am up at 4:30 in the morning and at the gym by 5:00. I do almost everything that everyone has mentioned and it works. When you reach a plateau it is time to change. I know some that constantly change to keep it interesting. But at the very least you change when you no longer see improvement or feel challenged.

Hi, I'm just starting out myself. This is the beginning of my second week and I have lost one pound. That being said, I truly sympathize. What I am trying to focus on is that this is a lifestyle change. I have to do what I am doing now for the rest if my life and it will never come off as fast as we want it too.
