Yes please call me Sidney. I am so excited about not doing this alone. To tell you about me. I started out at 275 and I started walking then changed my eating habits by mainly removing processed food and dairy and then later watching my calories. I got to 208 but I have relapsed and gained a 8 pounds which has me worried.…

Count how many calories you ate and how many you burned in exercise on one day to see if you are at a deficit. You may be eating much more than you realize.

I do my best work outs alone. Exercising with someone usually means conversation and distracts me from why I'm there in the first place. Now I do like being at the walking track with someone but not necessarily walking together. But just seeing a familiar face as we pass each other is nice.

Actually, we just started. But we go on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 - 6 am. Then on Saturdays and Sundays we plan to go walk at other parks and trails around Birmingham and outlying areas. I am ditching the scale myself. This morning I got really upset when I saw I had gained 2 lbs since Sunday. Especially after being down two pounds on Friday. It's like an emotional roller coaster. I have decided to focus on my workouts and my eating habits and just trust the process.
