5'8" CW 158 SIZE 10-12 When i was 135 i was still a between a 6-8 (6 was too tight and 8 was too loose). i carry most of my weight in my hips. Ideally i want to fit into a 6 so i i need to lose fat and gain muscle.

im getting back on too. lost a bunch of weight early in the year and got too comfortable in just one bad day turned in to too many bad days and somehow 18 pounds appeared. Time to get serious again and hit my GW before new years. :)

Everyone is different eating before or after a run. Personally i cant eat a full meal before i run, however i can stomach 1/2 a banana and i just eat the other half when im finished, with lots and lots of water. I use to run 3-4 miles 6x a week, however i stopped for a few months so im building slowly back up to daily…

20 miles from spin with about 20 mins from on my own. spin class again tomorrow. the class is hard at first but so worth it. after a few you learn to have a love hate relationship.

if its under the rub cage where you cant pintch the muscle to get rid of than its the same thing i get when i run, mine i think is if i dont drink enough water the day or 2 days before... i dont really know how to get rid of it, sometime breathing deep of a few mins helps...
