Why don't you try calculating your TDDE at sedentary and then whatever workout calories you burn you can add those back minus a deficit.

Here's my go to recipe: 1/2 cup of rolled oats 1/2 cup of almond milk 1/2 cup of greek yogurt sliced almonds dried cranberries I think I'm going to start trying new variations with some of the suggestions from this post.

I've read that it doesn't matter which order. But normally I will at least warm up on a cardio machine for at least a few minutes before doing weights. I do incorporate cardio exercises in between my lifting. I hate cardio so if I can bypass it I will.

Any workout DVD will work as long you do it. You have to find something you enjoy. Some workout DVDs are more cardio based, some more weight based. Yep. I was trying to let her know that fat doesn't transform to muscle, which is what her statement made it sound like.

At some point it will turn to actually integers. Zero is at the serving size because it doesn't reach one, so one serving would be maybe .4 of a calorie. Also you should look at the sodium content. I'm not sure about pickles but I know olives are high in sodium.

I've made spaghetti with lean ground beef, and spinach. Once you turn off the heat put some Greek yogurt. It's amazing. Really creamy, and delicious. I too love Italian.

You don't need fat to build muscle. Muscle is built by breaking down the fibers through lifting weight. Once they break down then they can rebuild bigger. Fat doesn't transform to muscle. I don't really get why people think there a point to do one or the other. You can lift weights and incorporate cardio in between reps. I don't like straight cardio and try to avoid it. Instead in between reps of lifting ill do burpies, high knees, jump squats, jumping jacks, etc. it kick my butt and burns more calories…

I've been on birth control pills for 4 years and while I have gained weight it's been mostly to my lifestyle. I can't say I blame the pills entirely because last year I was in the best shape of my life before life and stress got out of control.
