I'm getting ready for a business trip next week from Sunday - Wednesday to Portland and I'm looking for some good ideas for meal prep.
As I build my goals and reward, I'm finding it challenging to come up with good creative healthy reward ideas. Any suggestions? No food ideas, please. We are not dogs to be rewarded with a biscuit.
Please, I'm trying to get back on track even with a very busy schedule and need people to keep me accountable and give me motivation.
