I've lost 1.9 since my last weigh in. However, that was before my period in Feb. So I will only count the .9 for March. I really want to make this happen. I am so close to being UNDER 200 pounds. I haven't been that low in over a decade!!

I a, so with you. I hate the pain. I've been wheat free and I ate some cookies and a hotdog with the bun over the weekend. Sunday it felt like my knee joints were going to explode. I usually walk at 3mph. I was limping along on the treadmill at 2mph. Needless to say I'm back off the wheat. I wasn't going to go to the gym…

I just found this website modcloth.com. I love to window shop the dresses there. I am making a wishlist. I am also creating my style on pinterest.com. I used to be a size 6-8 and loved skirts and dresses. I am enjoying thinking about that again. Now, when I am choosing something to eat, I think twice.

Wow! That's a lot going on. I put veggies through a food processor. They get reay small. Then I add them to soups and casserole type dishes. It's not easy to sneak stuff in. I'm pretty lucky with my guys liking some veggies. iPod is running out of charge. More later.

You're welcome. I started this because I didn't want to be the middle aged woman in the discussion of 20-30 somethings. The issues changed so much when I hit 40. I wanted input from other people like me. I'm so glad you are here!

I'm not sure. I try to read over the posts to make sure no one is being mean. I started this board a few days ago and now there are 272 members. I am just floored. I had no idea. It's so overwhelming, or at least it feels that way.

Do you write the goals on a calendar or do you make it more jazzy with fancy paper and those paper cut outs and stickers and stuff? Maybe a PDA reminder? Do you celebrate it by doing something to recognize you've reached your goal?
