I go to these all the time and used to get really frustrated about it because everything is always so sauced up and they always cut into my exercise time so I didnt even get the benefit of extra calories. I dont know what you normally eat but try choosing lower fat versions on your favorite foods. ie, milk, cheese, etc.. I dont like fat free stuff and rarely eat it but the lower fat versions are always good. Well I am going to have a wonderful Thanksgiving food wise. I always celebrate with my sisters family and I got her to get on MFP with me....so she is IN. I've been sending her lowfat, delicious recipes as I find them and we are going to make them together. So thank you so much for the turkey recipe I didnt have one yet.

rollerblading, doesnt hurt the knees at all. Walking and there's a machine at the gym called Cybex. sort of like a stairmaster but completely easy on the knees. I have bad knees too.

Me too! I find the Starbucks Via really works because its cold. If I eat or drink something hot before going to gym, I dont feel so good working out.

I made the Chicken Taco Chili yesterday, but made my own version with fresh ingredients instead of canned to cut down on the salt. It was out of this world.

Evenings. It's weird because I'm a morning person and very hyper, but my energy level reaches its peak around 5pm. I cannot for the life of me workout before noon, its like my core being just cant do it. I read an article once that said the energy level varies from person to person.
