Ok I actually agree with OP! I for one tend to make better overall decisions when I have a limitation in my head. When work caters lunch and offers grilled veggie wraps or cheesesteaks, it's helpful to have a "reason" I can't reach for the cheesesteak. usually work out, shower.....and because i intern in a fairly nice office with a dress code, clients, etc., i use bb cream, mascara, and do my hair. i can usually put up/cover my hair and not get it sweaty and gross, so that's not too bad, but working super late, stressing, and wearing that makeup for 16+hours isn't doing…

For me, its all about what you put in it! Any 100-calorie greek yogurt (Yoplait Light, Fit n' Active) Vanilla gives a good base to whatever you're mixing in--blueberries, honey, granola, flax seeds, etc. That being said...I feel like the 100-calorie varieties don't have as much protein (haven't checked recently though)

Sony PIIQ earbuds--there are a clip-on version that are AWESOME, literally clip to your earlobes. The sound balance is a little funky, very bass-heavy. however, totally worth it (plus if you are shallow like me, the colors combinations are sick.)

grapefruit! its super filling, and the citrus flavor makes it seem like more than it is, for some reason. even a whole grapefruit isn't that bad, calorie-wise.

I do this all the time...just have problems with not eating THE ENTIRE container. i seriously have to hide it in my fridge somwehere so i forget about.. that right there probably tells me its not worth it haha!

I was just in Target today and saw some neoprene waist bands! Not sure on the sizing, they may be one size fits all, since they have velcro. They were in the aisle with the yoga mats, kettlebells, etc. Good luck!

This happens to me from time to time, but opposite--fine while eating, nauseous afterwards. It happens when I go through stressful periods, or if I eat too much too fast. It sounds crazy, but after losing some weight...I think my stomach has shrunk a bit? At least I have to eat smaller portions than I used to. But hey,…
