Hhahah.... even though it is a myth i refuse to eat margarine. I mean butter is too damn good. And less processed.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/358236-30ds-results here are my results, this is from over a year ago and this was the very first exercise program i did, i started at my heaviest weight i have ever been. Since finishing 30DS i have lost an additional 20kgs (over 40 pounds). I highly suggest this. Got me into a good…

I dealt with this for over a year and it is bloody hard!!!! As they say willpower is a muscle, if you overuse it it will give in eventually. What i did is i told myself their food was out of bounds, if i didn't buy it i didn't eat it and if i took any i considered it stealing. Fill your shelf or cupboard and part of the…

I made this cake for my health conscious friend yesterday, thumbs up all around, delicious!

I take a huge roast vege salad which i prepare a massive batch of for the week. Roast whatever veges you want and mix together with whatever fresh veges you want and even a low fat cheese like feta or mozzarella. If you get chocolate cravings take 2 or 3 squares of organic dark chocolate. I eat my lunch around 12.30,…

your choices are definitely healthy, it is good you are getting help, good luck :) everyone is just speaking out of concern rather than just wanting to lecture you.

Cottage cheese.

Holy moly you must be hungry!?!?!?!? Honey bump up those calories a hell of a lot, you do not look overweight at all, if you want to loose weight go on 1200 MINIMUM if you want to maintain your current weight and tone etc go up to 1600. You are messing up your metabolism. Your food choices look good though just eat MORE.

I have a slight amount, esp on my arms, so i am working on toning a lot and it helps, luckily i am only 22 so my skin has decent elasticity... I suspect this is different for everyone.

I am in the same boat so i prefer the Elliptical machine/Cross trainer, it is a good cardio workout but less jarring on our knees etc. As mentioned above swimming is excellent!

Weetbix + skim milk + banana + cinnamon. love it. (260ish cals)
-
Definitely, have book marked the vege lasagna and southwest bean burger to try out. Good to get some variety when maintaining a healthy life stye, easy to get stuck making the same things over and over!
-
Wow love the look of the recipes on your site, thanks for posting :)

If you want to be accurate definitely get a monitor. You can burn 10 calories per min if you are doing vigorous exercise, i have been able to but i am about dead at the end! So it is possible you could have burned that much if it was very intense exercise.

I don't eliminate food groups, all that does for me is make me feel deprived and i end up on a binge. Weight loss is calories in vs calories out. MODERATION.

30 day shred was the first thing i did when i decided i wanted to loose weight, i found it very hard but the results were AMAZING. And once you start school it is only 20 minutes so very easy to fit into your day :) check out my results :) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/358236-30ds-results that was 11 months ago!…

chips/crisps + dip. no control. could live on it.
-
awesome start, when for my initial 20lbs of weight loss i exercised 6 days a week, now i exercise 4 or 5 times a week. It is up to you and your lifestyle, i would encourage 4-6 days a week.
-
In my experience when i was eating under 1200 cals i was really struggling to shift the weight, as soon as i upped it to 1500 a day i started losing the weight rapidly.
-
sounds pretty unrealistic!
-
My advise would be at more calories, i did what you did in the beginning and saw not much weight drop, as soon as i upped my calories it started coming off! It is said you need 1200 as an absolute minimum, at the weight you are i think it is unreasonable to be on such a low calorie intake, if you were say over 100 kilos…
