Enjoy your life girl!!!! You are still young, the person will come along eventually. When you get out of high school and see more of the world the opportunities of meeting someone will be broader and it will happen.

Nope. Workout, eat at a calorie deficit = weight loss. Just like if you ate all your calories for the day in the morning or evening it makes no difference, deficit = loss.

i doubt it. impossible to gain muscle eating at such a large deficit. few thoughts: stop eating out, or save it for once a week. watch sodium - water retention. weigh your food - if you are guessing you might be eating double what you think stop these "reward meals" sounds like it might be a mega calorie load and…

Please see a health care professional - i'm not being nasty but feel genuine concern.

Personally i tried a keto diet for a few months, ketosis made me so sick. I would vomit, be light headed and get major headaches. While i lost a lot of weight on the ketogenic diet the side effects were not worth it for me. If it works for you, i am glad - do whatever does.

Like another poster i have had to say goodbye to peanut butter - i just can't eat it in moderation.

Set goals and undertake a lifestyle change that you are able to maintain.

I believe OP means 6 hours total a week. Sounds like moderate exercise to me *shrug*

If you are ill for gods sake nourish your body! In my opinion i think you should eat at a maintenance calorie intake for that time so you neither loose or gain. Focus on restoring health then worry about loosing weight. Don't exercise - extra stress your body does not need.

this, or if you get a decent lunch break go then. Once you get home after work it is hard to leave again. Also precook some dinners so you don't have to worry about that.

She has been very open about the huge amount of money she earns. Hence being able to buy $1000 of dates at a time.

I have never gained weight on anti-depressants, if anything it lead to me loosing because i could actually get out of bed and do things in life.

i absolutely don't think cereal is bad, regardless if you eat at a deficit you should loose. :) keeping it low cal i like cornflakes with skimmed milk and a banana on top the same with porridge.

I do the classes, probably my favorite of all les mills classes (my gym offers pump, balance and combat) for overall fun factor and challenge. Looking forward to moving back to New Zealand where i can join the les mills gym and do all the classes.

Don't add exercise just change your level of activity during the day in settings and it will up your cals accordingly.

I only ever loose with both. Except when i did Keto. Then i lost without exercising, but i was legit starving the whole time... never again.

How about log it as circuit training. Or buy a heart rate monitor to accurately track your burn.

Spin absolutely kills me. In a good way. I like that it caters for all levels of fitness, i am fit but still find it very challenging. Agree with what a lot of people say about it depends on the instructor. 45 minutes of spin feels like 2 hours haha.

Hi Rede, I really recommend Jamie Olivers book save with Jamie His meals in this book range from 60p - £2 per portion so in the ballpark of what you are wanting to spend.
