I work out once a week for 1 hour with a personal trainer- I cant find any entries that come close to what she does to me in an hour. I have been entering aerobics low impact 60 minutes and coming as close as i can with the amount of weights we used, but today we used the ball to work hamstrings-and i cant find that listed anywhere.

How about log it as circuit training.
Or buy a heart rate monitor to accurately track your burn.0 -
I log it as circuit training since that's the closest to what we do... Some of my workouts are more cardio based and others are more strength. So I try and be careful how much I eat back on strength days. A HRM is probably a good idea (if your heart rate is raised for a sustained period of time).0
