I'm pretty much always over my fiber goal before anything else. I eat nuts almost everyday.

5'4" SW: 153 CW: 133 GW: 125-130 I work out four days a week, I lift weights 3x a week and cardio once a week. My TDEE with my exercise included is 2150. My daily goal is set at 1820. I work in an office, sitting at a desk all day but I exercise hard enough that these numbers work for me. I use MFP to log my food and…

After reading your replies, I'd say you need better sleep and a reduction to your stress levels. Your food diary looks ok, one thing that helped me start losing again was cutting out the stress in my life.

I agree with SLLRunner and stephxo1, eat your TDEE and life weights, it really does wonders! I'm in the same boat, only a bit more fat to lose but I like where I am weight-wise, I've been lifting weights for about a month now and I'm already seeing some results.

For starters, are you sure you're eating enough? I mean it's good to be at a deficit but if your deficit is too large you may be causing yourself to get super hungry later in the day. I had that issue a few months ago, I was eating at 1200 and I had increased my activity level and didn't adjust my activity level here and…

This really isn't safe. I'm concerned you're not getting enough of your required nutrients to survive. Your hormones are probably all out of whack, are you sluggish? Are you cranky? It's time to make an appointment with a certified nutritionist and discuss with them.

I just received my surge and I'm now in the process of returning it. It was incapable of monitoring my heart rate during a spin class. After looking through the FitBit community support site and going through all their FAQs, I found out that's one of the known issues with it. So, if you're like me and you like cycling and…

I'm all for a FitBit, but if you choose to go there do not get the FitBits that have the heart rate monitor, I gave the Surge a shot and it was incapable of reading my heart rate during a 45 minute spin class. I sought support for the HRM problems and apparently it's a known issue with that type of monitor, I'll stick with…

I like plain greek yogurt sometimes I add peanut butter sometimes I'll add some jelly (only about 1/2 tablespoon). Sometimes add chopped nuts and agave or honey instead of peanut butter. Seems to help keep the sugars down but still satisfies my sweet tooth. Another nice combo is raw cacao powder and agave. Also, I have…

Finally! Yes!

Yes, I do not let that stop me, and I find that the bloating and the period cramps tend to subside during and afterward. I find that even though I wake up feeling like absolute crap if I get a good workout in, sweating like a pig I feel 1000x better the remainder of period.

I'm with you too! Trying to cut out all the chemicals and fake foods. My husband and I buy mostly all non-GMO food. I have a gluten allergy and since then I have noticed that I react to lots of different grains not just gluten containing ones, I can eat non-GMO corn but cannot handle GMO corn. We also only have grass-fed…

Amazing! So inspirational!

Some people are just mean like that. You can eat one if you only eat one.. make sure and put it in your food log!

Hi Kylie! I get in the ruts too where all I want to do is sit on the couch and eat whatever the heck I feel like. I ended up losing about 20 pounds the first year of using MFP and then I gained almost all of it right back when I hit a low. Now, I think I have finally found the balance for me. It's the 80/20 rule, so 80% of…

Markstankevic, if you have lost 13 Ibs in 12 days then why not just stick with tracking your food and mild-medium exercising? You seem to be on the right track as is, I'd say you don't need that surgery, you can do it the natural way and save yourself money! And not deal with the potential dangerous side effects!

I'm in the last bit of my weight loss as well. I listen to Jillian Michael's podcast and she took a caller a few weeks ago that was having the same issues and she recommended to take a day, continue to eat cleanly but to up your calorie intake to 2500 calories for just one day. She explained that it gives your body the…

I felt exactly the same way about three months ago. This is what I do now and I am so much happier: 1. Love yourself right where you are. You are amazing and incredible and capable of anything. 2. Keep a journal. Write everything down, not just your food, but every emotion that you experience as you go through your normal…

I agree with that statement. Sounds like your doing well

Fellow nerd here. Add me! I have been solo flying this for a few years and I have lost and gained, but I feel I could lose and keep it off with the extra bump in motivation of buddies! Especially buddies that have the same interests!
