Hello from South Carolina, I started my "new me" plan on September 27, 2007 and I weighted in @ 198.8, today October 8, 2007 I'm down to 192. I've lost 6.8 pounds since I've started. I will admit at first it was hard. I try to walk 5 times a week for 60/min. I eat foods high in fiber, (no beards unless wheat) I'm staying…
