If you lose weight you can lose inches BUT trying to lose your calf muscles..I am not sure that's gonna be possible. Whether I gain weight or lose weight my calves are always tremendously huge! it's the number one thing I am complemented on (besides my arms).. They aren't going anywhere. I have had them since I was a kid.

I ALWAYS work out on Thanksgiving! I am trying to get a workout in around 3 am tomorrow before I drive to Louisiana. Nothing wrong with working out on Turkey day!

INCORRECT! If you burn 6,000 calories a day (my son is a swimmer and has 3% bodyfat) you WOULD NOT gain weight. In fact its very possible he would LOSE weight off 6,000 calories so he has to eat more! So umm! Oooooh I OWNED U!!

Obviously you are NOT going to gain fat by increasing your protein intake. And as far as body weight that is also irrelevant. I know 125 pound women who do more protein than I do.

I eat them all the time. Kinda high in sodium so i take the skin off. I will have a 2 day lunch dinner lunch combo for 6 bucks!

HMMMMMm! let me tell you a story. I used to drink coffee EVERY morning because I thought I needed it. I used to drink alcohol as well. Realized I didn't need either. You don't NEED those pills! in fact besides protein drinks I don't use anything. My workouts are even better. Don't get hooked! Before you know it..crack! jk!

I am 47. In earth age only. I am in very good shape, don't drink, smoke or eat ret red meat. I act and feel 25. ok I act 15, lol..but not at work.

Actually is 3500 calories = 1 pound. But that is over and above what you eat plus any additional calories burned from working out.

I would go lighter on the weights as losing weight and doing HEAVY lifting is an oxymoron. I would also increase my protein intake (200grams). Ultimately you have to decide what you want to do. I ate a delicious honey bun with my lunch. 600 calories. Im still at the gym however. 99 mins of spinning and 45 min of weights made up for it!
