I GAVE up alcohol, cigars, coffee, red meat a couple weeks back. It was the best decision for my heart. But when I did drink I over shot my intake to make sure it balanced out. Then again who knows how much you are really drinking when you are bingeing..lol

Thank you Bethany! it was scary and I am glad God brought me thru! I know that I still have a long ways to go but I feel a 1000 times better. I still have pains in my rib cage like at 2am this morning, but I am taking my meds and eating as healthy as possible.

Gabby definitely get it done. It was the difference between what my other doctors said and what this doctor did. It SAVED my life. Also my mom was in the shape you were in. She started by walking 30 minutes a day. Now at 71 she walks 5-15 miles a day!
