  • 1) lose 8kg (to get a BMI of 19)by the end of April 2) do a sub 19hr 400km brevet (best 200km is 8h14, best 300km is 13h27m, so doable if the weather is favourable) 3) do a sub 28hr 600km brevet (currently best is <32hr but with 4hrs sleep, so doable but a big stretch in terms of sleep deprivation)

  • Been wobbly over December too, and also have a May goal (a sub 28hr 600km bike ride). It can be done!
  • Easy to slack off, isn't it. I managed to but on 8kg since my lowest last year, and have slacked off completely over December. Going to go for .5kg (1.1lb) a week to get myself in shape for my big challenge for the year in May (A sub 28hr 600km bike ride). Happy to add.
