Maybe they are making mini goals and just because it says 5 pounds, doesn't mean they don't want to lose 100?

WTG!! AMAZING!! I had a panniculectomy the end of last year and it was one of the best things that I have ever done! You will feel soooo much better! Congrats!

Oh my gosh! I can't believe this got to TEN pages! You all ROCK!! Thanks again! I think that #2 is going to go back. I agree with what some people say about the boob area. I feel like I am going to bust out of it. If one of those little buttons broke TROUBLE! lol I am going to keep #4 for sure. And I really like #1 and #3…

I only read a few other comments. Only a few negative ones stood out so I skipped the rest... I have 2 children and I was sooo concerned with the same thing between my kids. I was 150's before kids, worked my ars off to get back to my pre pregnancy weight after my first and was like damn... Now I want another baby and I…

Had mine removed in November and they did a muscle repair at the same time. I have had zero issues since mine was removed. Sometimes I wonder if they forgot to take it! I did pay for it though! lol

I was thinking of going on it as well. I asked my doctor about the weight gain thing and she said that it is the same with half the pills out there. It tends to make you crave things or give you the munchies. The pill itself doesn't make you put the pounds on but it is the foods and how much you are eating. So has it just…

Congrats! Gotta comment on your legs! I wish mine looked that good!

I had two c-sections. First being a TERRIBLE recovery and the 2nd was a BREEZE. I feel that this was MUCH easier pain wise. The part that I found more difficult was the hunched over back, so the back pain and having two kids that wanted mama and mama couldn't do anything to help them for the first few weeks. Based just off…

I have heard someone else on MFP say around 7600 they would have paid. Mine was mostly covered my insurance because of medical issues, but I think had I had to pay full price for it, it would have been around $9k here. I would say between $7-$10k.

I am 14 weeks out of my tuck. Feel free to add me as a friend, I have my pictures posted on my profile (which is private). I did mine for medical reasons but am sooooo very pleased with the results! As motivatedbride has said, the first few weeks are the toughest and you need to be sure that you have GREAT support around…

Maybe I should have asked, what kind of SUV/Crossover/Mini-van you own and if you like/dislike it. ;-) We are open to anything, just really think that the Journeys look nice and are reasonably priced. Reviews are scattered though.

Holy Schnikey... FINALLY found it.... couldn't find it on here though so here it is copied and pasted. When I made it, I made it with orange juice, not pineapple. It was soooooo good and made a TON!!! This is a copy of what I printed out so the comments are not mine, they are the original posters. :-D Crock Pot Chicken…

Just figured calories on that and WITHOUT a bun, it is 130 calories if you make 24-1 ounce servings. I honestly can't remember how many we get out of it but I usually just use 3-4 pieces of ham on mine. I get the virginia shaved ham that sams sells in 1.5 pound containers. (So I end up using 3 pounds)

Crockpot chicken Tacos.. There is a really good recipe here on MFP. Off to go find it for you!! :-D I usually make hot-ham-n-cheese when we have gatherings. Not great for you but not terrible either. That is 2.5 pounds ham, 16 ounces velveeta cheese, stick butter, and 3/4 can of evaporated milk. Heat for a few hours in…

Hey BFF!!! I LOVE Turbo Jam videos and if you search the net, you can find them for SUPER cheap!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! You will be pretty swollen afterwards (depending on which you do) but you get a great burn out of them!
-
mm gonna have to try this. Not a huge fan of cabbage but could easily leave it out. :-D
-
WOOHOO!!! Thanks so much everyone for the responses! Now it is decision time.

I ran into my hairstylist a little over a month after having my first baby and she said "HOLY COW! When are you going to pop?" I had seen her a month before giving birth and was at least 40 pounds lighter the day that I ran into her. A co-worker of mine once said to me "if you were skinny and had a nice body, would you be…

[/quote] I see from your page you have 13 lbs you still want to lose. Ive read some places that it is not advisable to have a tummie tuck if you arent at a maintainable weight. Did your surgeon discourage you from losing more weight after the surgery. Sort of a morbid curiosity thing, i want to have a tummie tuck but would…
