  • I'm also here as a teen, though I am staying here until I turn 18 in less than a year. Google a TDEE calculator and find your TDEE. I'd say you're active. If you eat at your TDEE, You will maintain weight. Above will gain. Below you lose. :) (That's really the basics of it)

  • There's one for the lower abs that you don't have to use your neck for. Put your hands under your butt or lower back, lift both legs in the air and pull them up, so that you lift your butt up, and back down. It burns! There's also always the plank, on your elbows or hands.
