Well the sunburn symptoms only lasted a day and I was guzzling water and constantly treating the burn. That was about a week ago and my throat seemed fine a few days after and returned a couple days ago.

I definitely noticed a difference with the lovehandles and saddlebags (those are by the hips right?)! It's all slimmer, which in incredible for 4lbs. Amazing, and I think your legs look better, so don't listen to that friend of yours! :P

I'm making sure I eat a certain amount of calories but otherwise.. I eat whatever foods I want, but obviously things like ice cream and pizza are in moderation. I might try working out in my sports bra once but I usually where my spandex shorts and i have an exercise top that's pink and nylon/spandex and quite tight when newly washed. I dunno, i like the tight because it kind of keeps all the jiggles in place. When nothing on me is moving, I find it easer TO move :laugh:

I worked at Wendy's for awhile. Man everything gets covered in grease and fat and oil. It was a terrible experience. The only things I eat now are grilled chicken wraps. Not at wendy's. because they put added bacon in. And only once in a blue moon. Other then that.. no.

I never got addicted to pop. When my family goes out to eat, maybe once a month or two, I'll alternate having nestea and a coke. Then sometimes my mom buys a big thing of orange pop or cream soda. So on average I'll drink pop once or twice a month. It hasn't hindered me so I'm fine with that.

WOW is right. that's 5lbs of pure fat burned. Actually, it's probably 20lbs of fat burned and 5lbs of muscle built aha! Something's working really well for you and that's amazing. Your stomach doesn't even poke out anymore (like, a straight line from the boobs down). Man. That's just so awesome.

Ah so much sweat today aha. I want to try and do it every day, but I will probably take a day off after the start of levels 2 and 3, because of inevitable soreness.
